Post-doctoral fellow

Description

We are currently looking for post-doctorate fellow whoare interested in completing their treaining in pharmacoepidemiology and pharmacoeconomics.

Our researd focuses on the risks risks and benefits of medication exposure during pregnancy on the mother and child using the Quebec Pregnancy cohort.

Two openings. International candidates will be considered.

Requirements

PhD in epidemiology, biostatistics or any of health related fields.

Salaire

32,000.00-38,000.00$ (depending on experience)

Bursary Offer - Students in Pharmaceutical Sciences

The research team of Dr. Anick Bérard is currently offering a position for a PhD student (Masters or with direct passage to PhD), starting in September 2009. The proposed research project is: "Creating coefficients of adjustment for important but missing risk factors in the administrative databases in Quebec". This project is funded by the FRSQ and an annual grant of $ 18,000.00 will be offered to the selected candidate.


Knowledge of administrative databases and SAS software is an asset.
